Dōn Coffee’s July 2025 drop comes from Nariño, one of Colombia’s most iconic growing regions. Nestled high in the Andes near the Ecuadorian border, this lot from producer Diego Lopez grows at altitudes up to 2100 MASL, where cool nights and volcanic soils push complexity and sugar content to new heights.

Washed and medium roasted, El Tambo is structured yet vibrant — offering a layered cup with depth and clarity.
